The following Only Euro Pty Ltd (“Only Euro”, “we”, “us”) warranty is in addition to the guarantees of Australian Consumer Law.

We offer 12 months warranty against manufacturers defects from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Warranty only applies to orders shipped within Australia sold by us. Products sold or shipped outside of Australia are sold as is with no warranty.

At our election we will offer repair, replacement, store credit or refund if the product is assessed to be defective within the warranty period. If the exact product is not available a replacement of equivalent or greater quality will be supplied. We will only ship replacement or repaired products to the address used on the original order. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used.

Warranty only applies to the original purchaser whose name is on the original order and is non-transferable.

We do not take any responsibility for any damage, labour, towing, or diagnostic costs incurred by using any products we sell. We do not cover any cost associated with loss of fluids, oils, or materials because of using ant products we sell.

All products returned for warranty inspection are subject to testing and may be required to be sent back to the supplier or manufacturer. We do not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until the warranty process is complete.

Exclusions

The following products are excluded from warranty due to the possibility of rapid failure or misdiagnosis.

  • Brake components
  • Clutch components
  • Electrical components
  • Filters
  • Products marked as clearance

In some cases, we may consider offering a warranty for the items listed above, however this will be done on a case-by-case basis only.

 

Warranty does not cover:

  • Any product that has been modified, has any signs of misuse, abuse, or malicious damage, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Any incomplete parts, kits, sets or packs.
  • Failure caused by or traced to any associated parts (e.g., when only one bonnet strut replaced it may cause the strut to be under added stress and cause premature failure.)
  • Products that are used in a vehicle for fleet, taxi, racing, off-road recreational purposes, government, and commercial use or converted from private passenger use to commercial or fleet use.
  • Any products where you choose to purchase a replacement elsewhere.
  • Any products that are not replaced in pairs when recommended.

Warranty only applies to the exact year, make, model engine type or specific limitations we state within our description or fitment list. Any information including part numbers are for reference only. It is your responsibility to confirm correct fitment of any product prior to installation.

We will process all warranty claims in a timely manner. In some circumstances this can be a lengthy process. If the warranty claim is granted, a replacement is needed urgently and you purchase directly from us, we will refund the replacement part order.

Additional Requests

Proof of identity showing your name, address, and signature.

We reserve the right to request diagnosis by our choice of qualified mechanic at no cost to us. We may request documentation of the diagnostic results.

Documentation of any diagnostic results that may have already been undertaken.

We reserve the right to request a photo of the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or compliance plate of the car the product is fitted to.

We reserve the right to request photos of the part installed in the car.

Completion or information needed to complete any supplier or manufacturer warranty claim form.

Detailed description of the fault.

Returning Products for Warranty Review

All products must be returned to us within 10 business days from the date of your warranty request being approved, unless tracking is provided and shows a lodgement date within 3 days of the warranty request being approved. You must return the product at your own expense. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until received at the address supplied. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

If the warranty claim is granted, at our election, we may reimburse return postage costs to the value of the standard postage rate we receive. This excludes express postage. 

If a warranty is denied the product will be returned at the expense of the customer or discarded. We do not take any responsibility for damage or loss of goods in transit.

 

To assist the warranty claim please provide the following:

  1. A photo of the part installed in the car.
  2. The 17-digit VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
  3. Date and kilometres part installed.
  4. Date and kilometres part failed.
  5. Detailed description of the fault.
  6. Detailed description of the installation process. If installed by a qualified mechanic a copy of the invoice is required.

 

If a replacement part is needed prior to a warranty claim being granted and returned a replacement part must be purchased. If the warranty claim is granted, a replacement is needed urgently and you purchase directly from us, we will refund the replacement part order.
