Conditions

To qualify for FREE Returns:

  • Your car's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) must be added to the cart order notes.
  • The VIN must be complete, valid and relate to the items ordered.
  • For Audi and Volkswagen products, the engine code is also required.
  • If items ordered are for multiple cars each VIN must be added.

Additional Conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Products must be in the exact same condition as when you received them: clean, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, and include all accessories.

Exclusions

  • Products marked as Heavy/Bulky.
  • Electrical items.
  • Clearance items.
  • Opened brake pads.
  • Specially ordered items or products not normally stocked (unless the product is faulty or not fit for purpose).
  • Products that have been installed, modified, used for fault finding or diagnostic purposes, fitted or mounted to any car, any general use of the item, or misused contrary to the product instructions or packaging labels.
  • Products purchased for cars that have been modified or converted in any way (e.g., engine conversion from 4cyl to 6cyl).
  • Orders delivered outside of Australia.

What to do after your return is approved

1. Package your return
To prevent damage in transit, safely and securely package the item in the same way it was received. Use the original packaging box, bubble wrap, packaging paper or protective packaging. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until received at the return address supplied. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

2. Attach the FREE shipping label
Print your return shipping label. Attach the label to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels. Do not attach the return shipping label to the product packaging. Doing so will void your return.

3. Give the package to Australia Post
Drop off the parcel to any Australia Post outlet.

4. Track your return
Track your return using the tracking number provided to make sure we get it. 

Processing your return

All returns are processed in 1-2 business of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Refunds will be to the original payment method used.

The exchange, refund, or store credit amount will be for the purchase price of the product (excluding any delivery charges in your original order).

Extra Info

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Consumer Guarantees.

All returns after 30 days will only be accepted as a warranty return.
