At Only Euro we are committed to providing exceptional customer service. That is why we offer FREE Returns! (Conditions apply).
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or you change your mind, you have up to 30 days from the original purchase date to return items for exchange, refund, or store credit (Exclusions apply).
Products must be returned in the exact same condition as when you received them, be clean, unused, in their original undamaged packaging and include all accessories.

Conditions
Free returns apply only when all conditions are met.
- Your car's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) must be added to the cart order notes.
- The VIN must be complete, valid and relate to the items ordered.
- For Audi and Volkswagen products, the engine code is also required.
- If items ordered are for multiple cars each VIN must be added.
Additional Conditions:
- Free returns limited to one per order.
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Products must be in the exact same condition as when you received them: clean, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, and include all accessories.
Exclusions:
- Tools.
- Universal items.
- Products marked as Heavy/Bulky.
- Electrical items (unless faulty or not fit for purpose as required under Australian Consumer Law).
- Clearance items.
- Opened brake pads.
- Specially ordered items or products not normally stocked (unless the product is faulty or not fit for purpose).
- Products that have been installed, modified, used for fault finding or diagnostic purposes, or fitted to a vehicle where the item is not faulty, or misused contrary to the product instructions or packaging labels.
- Products purchased for cars that have been modified or converted where modifications affect compatibility (e.g., engine conversion from 4cyl to 6cyl).
- Items purchased in quantities greater than required per vehicle may not be eligible for return.
- Orders delivered outside of Australia.
Processing your return
All returns are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Refunds will be to the original payment method used.
The exchange, refund, or store credit amount will be for the purchase price of the product (excluding any delivery charges in your original order).
If your original order qualified for free standard shipping and a return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold, the applicable standard shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
Extra Info
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or Consumer Guarantees.
All returns after 30 days will only be accepted as a warranty return.
