They look identical to genuine BMW solenoids. But after installing, they caused camshaft error codes. Could not fix, so I had to place the old ones back. The error issue is gone.

My car is BMW 2009 335i E83

Thanks for your feedback — sorry to hear the solenoids didn’t meet expectations.

A full refund has been provided. As you mentioned, the original camshaft B issue appeared after switching to 5W-30 oil and was resolved by replacing the camshaft position sensor and returning to 5W-40. The solenoids were replaced as a precaution due to high mileage, but triggered a new camshaft A error. Swapping the solenoids between inlet and exhaust threw the same code.
