Description & Specifications

The tail shaft centre mount with bearing is used to support the tail shaft and keep it in the correct position. BMW's have 2 piece tail shafts and need this extra support to keep the tail shaft inline and tight. If you are noticing vibrations in the centre of the car when driving it could be time to check the centre mount. The tail shaft can also be known as a driveshaft or propeller shaft, prop shaft for short.
